Inventory Receiving Instructions & Shipping Requirements

Carton Specifications:
  • Cartons must be good condition (permitting easy stacking)
  • Maximum of 40 pounds per carton
  • Affixed shipping label must appear on each carton (item or product code, description of contents, quantity per carton, etc.)
All materials MUST be accompanied by a packing list which:
  • Includes the product code, description of contents, item number and the DA Mktg, Inc. contact name (Katie Favor).
  • Indicate quantity in each case and total quantity of product being shipped
Materials MUST be palletized whenever:
  • A shipment consists of 10 or more cartons
  • ABSOLUTELY NO BINS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Pallet Specifications:
  • Must be 48" x 40" GMA certified and cannot exceed 55" high
  • Cartons must be stacked with a consistent number per layer
  • Pallets must be wrapped if over 2 ft. high
  • Shipping labels must be visible
  • No scrap material banded on top of pallets
Delivery Requirements for all Palletized Deliveries:
  • Must be on dock-height truck
  • Shipments require a delivery appointment
  • Notification of content and number of pallets must be provided when scheduling a delivery appointment

  • Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
