  1. The inventory activation form allows you to notify DAMKTG, Inc. that materials will be arriving at our facility, the nature of the materials, and how the materials should be set-up on the Web.  Please fill in all of the information that pertains to the item.

Web Site Set-up

  8. Let us know if there is a limit on the number of "eaches" a user can order for the lifetime of this inventory.  Please note that you may re-set this limit at any time, for example if the inventory is replenished.
  9. Keep in mind this is a per user allotment for the lifetime of this inventory, not a per order limit.
  10. Our system automatically searches for the item code, name and description fields.  Please provide any other keywords that will make it easier for users to locate this item.
  11. We suggest including the brand name and item type (i.e., Dermabond, Sales Aid) for all items as well as the lead author's name for article reprints as Keywords.
